FIRECRUX — WordPress Plugin Terms of Use

Licence, the service behind the plugin and your responsibilities
Last updated: October 7, 2026

1. What these terms cover

These terms apply to the Firecrux WordPress plugin ("the plugin") distributed through the WordPress.org plugin directory and through Firecrux. The Firecrux service you connect it to is governed by the general Terms of Use; where the two differ, these terms apply to the plugin.

2. Licence

The plugin is free software licensed under the GNU General Public License v2 or later. You may use, copy, modify and redistribute it under that licence. The Firecrux service, panel and the data it produces are not covered by this licence.

3. The service behind the plugin

The plugin is a connector. Features shown in it (reports, tools, content projects, recommendations) are provided by the Firecrux service under the plan of the connected account. Some features are available only in paid plans or to accounts managed by an agency; the plugin shows what your account includes. Prices and plans are described on firecrux.com, never charged through the plugin.

4. Your responsibilities

5. What Firecrux does with the content

Firecrux reads your published content to analyse it and to prepare reports, recommendations and draft content for you. Content Firecrux prepares is yours to publish, edit or discard. Firecrux does not publish anything on your site without your action in the plugin or in the panel.

6. Availability and liability

The plugin talks to Firecrux over the internet; when the service is unavailable, the plugin shows an error and your site keeps working — the plugin never blocks your website. The plugin is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, to the extent permitted by law; the limitations of liability of the general Terms of Use apply.

7. Changes and contact

We may update the plugin and these terms; the current version is always at this address and in the plugin's changelog. Questions: contact form.
